My Helpdesk Comprehensive support provided 24 hours a day via eMail or Instant Messaging. This approach provides a good balance of professional support at an affordable price. Most questions are answered within 6 hours of being received. As low as $37.50 per month.

My Support Support services provided by eMail, IM or Phone. This option provides the same services as My Helpdesk with the option to call or IM your question and receive an immediate response. As low as $47.99 per month.

My Consultant Our premium level. One highly skilled technical consultant for all your small business technology needs. This is the ultimate support. Services are dedicate to you on your schedule. Your consultant is available to answer all of your technology needs (above and beyond computers). You have exclusive access to login to the My Consultant portal where your questions & answers are kept on file and you can interact with other My Consultant customers. As low as $79.99 per month.
