  • Support provided 24hrs a day via eMail, IM or Phone. Live calls available 12 hours a day (08:30-20:30 Eastern time)

  • Access to the My Support Portal. This is where you can create your computer profile, log a new service request, review current and past service requests with live updated status.

Support is provided for desktop issues only (server issues are supported on a best-effort basis) up to 10 computers. Remote software will be provided as well as instructions on installation. This software will allow us to take control of you computers remotely when you grant us permission. 

MONTHLY - This option allows for you to pay for services for one month at a time. Only $59.99 per 30 day period.
QUARTERLY - This option will bill for 3 months at a time. $165 per quarter, that's only $54.99 per month!
YEARLY - This is the best option, providing for 12 months of dedicated MySupport service. $575, that's only $47.99 per month!

Your consultant is available to answer all of your technology needs (above and beyond computers). You have exclusive access to login to the My Consultant portal where your questions & answers are kept on file and you can interact with other My Consultant customers. As low as $79.99 per month.
